A Frog girl with fish scales

The world was changed, the ocean dried up

And so you were born in a world ill-suited

A frog girl with fish scales hatched in a desert

The sun cracked skin and the air dries her gills

She lasted so long because of love

Her father loved her till he was gone

Her sister loved till she had someone who understand them better

Her brother (younger than them all) loves her

but fear eat at the center that that may not alway hold true.

Her mother loves still the frog girl

Her eldest child and as she hasalways known her most fragile

Her gills are weighted down by gravity

Feather-like structure layer on top of eachother as a solid mass

She remember breathing easy as a tadpole(as a fry)

Reflection

Frog girl is about the discomfort of living in a time and place,that one does not belong in and perhaps evens hates them.
